Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee live arrival of your corals. In the rare event a coral arrives dead, we will issue store credit in the full amount paid for the coral (excluding shipping costs). The credit can be used for future purchases towards livestock only. A photo of the dead coral inside and outside of the shipping bag must be provided within 2 hours of receiving shipment. Customer must be available to receive the shipment on first attempt in order for our Live Arrival Guarantee to be honored. Refunds will not be issued. All sales are final once the corals are shipped from our facility. We understand the uncertainties of receiving livestock via shipping. We will do our best to accommodate you in the event of a shipping mishap.
Shipping:
We ship Fedex Overnight Priority which schedules deliveries by 10:30 am in most cases. Corals will be labeled and packed in insulated styrofoam box. Based on season and temperatures of point of origin and final destination, the decision to use ice/heat packs will be decided accordingly. Packages can be held at Fedex locations for customers to pick up. This will minimize time the package spends in a hot/cold truck during transit. We are not responsible for lost packages or delays caused by acts of nature. We will work with all customers and do our best to ensure all packages have the best chance of arriving at their final destinations in a timely manner. Southwest Cargo airport to airport is an option that can be arranged for special circumstances.
Due to increased shipping volumes, Fedex has been experiencing delays. Packages are still arriving next day and corals are still arriving healthy. If we experience consistent delays from Fedex, we may delay shipping or arrange an alternative carrier. We will contact all customers prior to shipping.
